  • 2 to 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Condensed milk
  • 1 cup banana puree
  • 1 cup dry fruits roughly chopped
  • 1 Pizza base
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 4 to 5 cashew nuts
  • Mint leaves

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Add sugar once butter melts.
  3. 3

    Add condensed milk to sweeten the pudding.
  4. 4

    Stir well.
  5. 5

    Add banana puree to the condensed milk mixture and stir until the mixture thickens.

    Add roughly chopped dry fruits and mix well.

    Place a pizza base in a plate.
  8. 8

    Cover the base with the pudding.

    Keep cherries on the sides of the pizza base.

    Place some cashew nuts.

    Garnish the pudding with some mint leaves.
