In a bowl mix sliced turnip oil, ginger garlic paste, all ground spice, red chilli powder and salt. In a grill pan, roast the marinated turnips. For the sauce, heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, green chilli (all finely chopped), tomato puree, black pepper powder, salt, finely chopped spring onion leaves, chilli flakes and sugar. Mix them all well. Serve the turnips with the prepared sauce and garnish with toasted bread slices and curly lettuce leaves.
