INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Soaked short grain Rice
  • 1 cup Pam Jeggery
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ½ cup Black Raisins
  • 2 cups Full cream Milk
  • Dry Fruits.

HOW TO PREPARE PALM JAGGERY KHEER

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add Soaked short grain Rice, Pam Jeggery, Ghee, Condensed Milk, Raisins, Black Raisins, Full cream Milk and mix well.

    Pure mixture in a pot.
  3. 3

    Apply water on edges of pot.
  4. 4

    Stick the edges with All purpose Flour dough.
  5. 5

    Close the lid.
  6. 6

    Place the pot in Steaming pit.
  7. 7

    Close the pit with silver foil.
  8. 8

    Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  9. 9

    Garnish with Dry Fruits and Dry mint powder.
