INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 cup finger millet flour
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 8 to 10 Mint leaves
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • water
  • oil
  • For Serving:Green chutney

HOW TO PREPARE PALAK PURI

    In a mixing bowl mix chopped spinach leaves, chopped coriander leaves, wheat flour, finger millet flour, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and a few mint leaves.

    Add little water and make a dough for the puris.

    Pinch a small portion from the dough and shape the puri (without using a rolling pin) on one sheet and then covering it using another sheet.

    Make other puris.

    Heat oil in a tava.

    Shallow fry both sides of the puris.
  7. 7

    Transfer the puris in the serving plate and serve with green chutney.
