INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bunch baby spinach
  • For Batter1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • water as required
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • salt to taste
  • For Serving Yogurt

HOW TO PREPARE PALAK BESAN PAPDI

    Make a batter by mixing equal portions of gram flour and rice flour.

    Add turmeric powder carom seeds, chaat masala, salt and water to the batter and mix well.
  3. 3

    Clean the baby spinach leaves and dip them in the batter one by one and deep fry till done.
  4. 4

    Serve the palak besan papdi with yogurt.
