INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bunch baby spinach
  • For Batter1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • water as required
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • salt to taste
  • For Serving Yogurt

PREPARATION

    Make a batter by mixing equal portions of gram flour and rice flour. Add turmeric powder carom seeds, chaat masala, salt and water to the batter and mix well. Clean the baby spinach leaves and dip them in the batter one by one and deep fry till done. Serve the palak besan papdi with yogurt.
