Palak and Beetroot Puri

  • FOR Puri
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 6 to 8 spinach leaves chopped
  • 1 cup beetrootgrated.1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp ginger chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • Oil for frying
  • FOR Chutney
  • 1 green chilli
  • Fresh coriander leaves; fresh mint leaves
  • salt to taste

    Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add chopped spinach leaves to this.
  3. 3

    Add grated beetroot red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and ginger chilli paste.
  4. 4

    Mix these with some water.
  5. 5

    Make small balls with this mixture.
  6. 6

    Flatten it to get the shape of puri.
  7. 7

    Fry the puris in hot oil, transfer it to a serving plate.
  8. 8

    For chutney, take green chilli in a blender.
  9. 9

    Add coriander leaves mint leaves, a little salt and water.
  10. 10

    Grind it well to prepare the chutney.
  11. 11

    Serve the puri with this chutney.
