  • 6 - 7 eggs
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2 - 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 3 - 4 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 whole wheat buns
  • pepper as per taste

    In a bowl, add eggs, salt and pepper as per taste, turmeric.

    Add red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, milk and whisk it nicely.

    In a heated pan, add oil, chopped onion, crushed garlic and saute.

    Add chopped tomato and saute.

    Pour the egg mixture in a pan and cook it.

    Add chopped coriander and mix it well.

    Scoop out the inner portion of the whole wheat bun and stuff it with Akuri.
