  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Jaggery
  • Turmeric powder
  • Rock salt
  • Oil
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PACHI PULUSU

  1. 1

    In a pan, add tamarind water, water and mix it well Add chopped onion, green chillies, jaggery and mix it well Add turmeric powder, rock salt as per taste and mix.

    In a heated pan, add oil, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and pour the tadka in the curry and mix it well and serve it.
