  • tamarind water
  • onion
  • green chillies
  • jaggery
  • turmeric powder
  • rock salt
  • oil
  • fenugreek seeds
  • mustard seeds
  • curry leaves

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add tamarind water, water and mix it well. Add chopped onion, green chillies, jaggery and mix it well. Add turmeric powder, rock salt as per taste and mix.

    In a heated pan, add oil, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and pour the tadka in the curry and mix it well and serve it.
