HOW TO PREPARE PAAN CHAAT

    For the batter: In a mixing bowl, add bengal gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, asafoetida and water.

    Mix it well until you have a smooth batter.

    Heat oil in a Kadai.
  4. 4

    Dip betel leaves into the batter and deep-fry until they turn golden brown.
  5. 5

    Place the fried betel leaves onto a plate and top it off with curd, sweet chutney, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder and green chutney.

    Sprinkle nylon sev over it.
  7. 7

    Your paan chaat is ready to be served.
