In a small bowl dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Knead a dough with refined flour, salt, dissolved yeast mixture, and orange juice. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 min. Dust refined flour on the platform. Pinch a large portion from the dough and roll out an oblong roti. Cut medium sized strips using a knife. Apply water on the strips using a brush and spread grated cheese. Twist and turn the strips to give shape. Bake the orange straws in a pre heated oven for 15 min at 180 C. Serve the sticks in shot glasses.
