Take a bowl and add refined flour baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder, white butter, orange juice, olive oil and condensed milk, and knead them all into a soft dough. Dust some flour, roll out the dough and flatten it. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and roll out again. Spread olive oil or butter and sprinkle the cinnamon powder and orange zest. Roll the flattened dough to form a Swiss roll and seal the end with some orange juice or butter. Cut the roll into small roundels and flatten them with the hands. Keep the roundels for an hour for proving. Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake them in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 12 minutes. Prepare a glaze by heating condensed milk, water, grated dark and chocolate in a pan. Turn off the flame while mixing them. Coat the cinnamon rolls with glaze while they are hot. Garnish with chopped pistachios and icing sugar.
