INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • ½ cup finger millet flour
  • 1 tsp cranberries
  • 1 tsp black raisins
  • 1 cup orange pulp
  • Butter for greasing
  • orange wedges
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Mint leaf

HOW TO PREPARE ORANGE & CRANBERRY PIE

    In a bowl whisk eggs, butter, and jaggery.

    Add orange juice baking powder, salt, and finger millet flour.
  3. 3

    Whisk again and add cranberries black raisins, and orange pulp.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Grease a pie mould with butter and pour the batter.
  6. 6

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 10 15 min.
  7. 7

    Plate the pie and garnish with orange wedges, cranberry sauce, and mint leaves.
