INGREDIENTS

  • Oats:1cup
  • Oats Powder:1cup
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chili
  • Kasuri methe
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala

PREPARATION

    In a bowl ,add one cup powdered of oats.

    Then add one cup of oats.
  3. 3

    Then add finely chopped onion ,chilli and tomato.
  4. 4

    Add salt as per the taste.
  5. 5

    Add cumin seeds and kasuri methi.
  6. 6

    Mix it well.
  7. 7

    Add water as required.
  8. 8

    Check the consistency.
  9. 9

    Leave it for 10 min.

    After 10 min keep the pan on the gas.

    Greese it with oil.
  12. 12

    Add the batter on pan and spread it like uttapam.

    Then sprinkle pinch of red chili power,garam masala over it.

    Let it cook for 2to3 min .

    And Our oats Chilla is ready!.
