INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 100 ml whey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper
  • Chives
  • 60 grams parmesan cheese

HOW TO PREPARE OATMEAL SAVOURY GRATIN BISCUITS

    In a bowl, add butter, sugar and whisk it.
  2. 2

    Add flour, oatmeal and mix it nicely.
  3. 3

    Add cheddar cheese, whey and stir it.
  4. 4

    Add olive oil and stir it nicely.
  5. 5

    Add salt as per taste, black pepper and mix it.
  6. 6

    On a baking tray, add butter paper.
  7. 7

    Pour the batter in the tray and spread it.
  8. 8

    Add finely chopped chives.
  9. 9

    Bake it in the preheated oven at 175'C for 14 - 16 minutes.
  10. 10

    Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
