INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped red radish
  • 1 cup chopped turnip
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ cup chopped radish leaves
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Garnish: Turnip

HOW TO PREPARE OAL KI SABZI

    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds finely chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and chopped onions.

    Next, add red radish, green turnip, turnip (all chopped), water, all ground spice, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and chopped radish leaves.

    Mix and let it cook well.

    Garnish the dish with turnips.
