INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup chopped turnip
  • 1 cup chopped green radish
  • 1 cup chopped mixed bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped turnip leaves
  • 2 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp soup seasoning
  • 3 tsp Fresh cream
  • water as required
  • For Garnish: fresh cream
  • Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE OAL KA SOUP

  1. 1

    To a pan add butter and bay leaves, chopped garlic, black peppercorns, sliced onion, turnip, green radish, red, yellow and green bell pepper, turnip leaves (all chopped), and water , boil well.

    Cool and blend the contents.
  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add the blended mixture, soup seasoning and fresh cream.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Garnish the prepared dish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
  6. 6

    Serve hot!.
