  • >Wheat flour-250gm
  • >Butter-50gm
  • >Milk-100ml
  • >Jaggery-150gm
  • >Fresh dates-100gm
  • >Chopped and roasted cashews with almonds
  • >Whipped cream- 1 cup
  • >Strawberry syrup- 1 table spoon.

    In a big bowl add wheat flour, jaggery ,butter& milk. Mix it and make crumble mixture. Now put this mixture in a tray, spread it and put it into OTG in 150 degree celsius for 10 minutes. Now in a bowl take whipped cream, add dates and nuts then mix it. In another bowl take whipped cream and add 1tablespoon strawberry syrup and mix it .

    PREPARATION Now we have to make layers : First layer of wheat crumble. Second layer of nutty cream Third layer of wheat crumble again Forth layer of strawberry cream And garnish it with nuts.
