INGREDIENTS

  • 120 gms  White Butter
  • 75 gms Brown sugar
  • 125 gms Honey
  • 150 gms  Dry Roasted Oats
  • 25 gms Chopped Pistachios
  • 25 gms Chopped Almonds
  • 25 gms Soft Dates
  • 25 gms Chopped Black Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Halim Seeds
  •  Garnish with Pistachios

HOW TO PREPARE NUTTY ENERGY BARS

    Warm the butter, brown sugar and honey in a saucepan over low heat.

    Cook for 4-5 minutes or till reaches 100 degrees.
  3. 3

    Stir in all the remaining ingredients and keep cooking on a low flame for 3 mins.

    Remove the mixture on a lined baking tray, spread the mixture evenly.
  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Once cool, cut into bars.
  7. 7

    Garnish with Pistachios.
