INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 bowl veg noodles
  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • For garnish: Tomato sauce Lemon butter sauce and Microgreens

HOW TO PREPARE NOODLE DOODLE

    In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash it Add salt as per taste, corn flour and mix it well Add chaat masala and mix again.

    Apply oil on hands, fill the potato mixture with boiled noodles and seal it Coat the noodle doodle in vermicelli Deep fry it in the hot oil until it turns golden in colour.

    Garnish with tomato sauce, lemon butter sauce, microgreens and serve.
