  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • oil for frying
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lettuce leaves

    Use two tea strainers small and big.
  2. 2

    Spread the boiled noodles in the big strainer and press with the smaller strainer and deep fry the noodles by holding the strainers in oil till the noodle cups turn golden brown.

    Remove the fried noodle basket on a tissue paper carefully.
  4. 4

    Repeat the process to make the baskets.
  5. 5

    In a bowl, mix diced pineapple with mayonnaise.
  6. 6

    Fill the noodle baskets with this filling and garnish with lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.
