INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams of any Milk Chocolate
  • 50 ml Fresh Cream
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

PREPARATION

    Melt a spoonful of milk chocolate with equal amount of cream/butter through double boiler method and keep it aside.

    Grease a steel bowl with butter and add wheat flour, cocoa powder, spoon powdered sugar and baking powder. Mix everything well.

    Add half a spoon of melted butter, half a spoon of cream, and also the melted chocolate mixture at this stage. Add milk carefully while continuously stirring the mixture till you reach a batter-like consistency. Whisk everything together.

    Wait for 5-10 minutes for your brownie to get completely cooked. Keep checking with a knife to see if it's coming out clean. It will rise and become soft and fluffy. Mine took exactly 10 minutes.

    Let it cool and top with ice-cream, almonds, walnuts, chocolate syrup or any other toppings of your choice.
