- 80 gm all purpose flour
- 250 gm wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1tbsp sugar
- 500 ml oil
- 2 tbsp lemon pickle
- To make a Mathri with lemon pickle, mix all purpose flour, wheat flour, caraway seeds, ghee, salt and sugar in a bowl and knead them into a dough using water as required.
- After pickle to the dough mixture and knead again.
- Roll out the mathri using a rolling pin and make dents on it with your fingers.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the mathri on medium heat.
- Serve the mathri hot.
