INGREDIENTS

  • Gram flour 200gm
  • Soda 1tsp
  • Sugar syrup 1/4 cup
  • Oil 6tsp
  • Eno 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chily
  • Water 360ml
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp

PREPARATION

    In boul mix sugar syrup( 2tsp ) , gram flour, turmeric powder ,water and 2 tsp oil.

    Mix better 5 min .
  3. 3

    Give 5 min rest .
  4. 4

    Between grease tin and stat steamer.
  5. 5

    After 5min rest add eno and soda .
  6. 6

    Tna mix well .
  7. 7

    Than put in to tin .
  8. 8

    Stim 20 min .
  9. 9

    Tadka :- In hot pan add rest of oil .
  10. 10

    Than mustard seed, Curry leaves.
  11. 11

    Than Green chili and rest of sugar syrup .

    After stim add tadka on khman.
