  • For Nasi Goreng Thupka
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup tamarind pulp
  • 2 tbsp chopped beans
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • baby corn
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • For Thukpa Broth
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 bowl chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers
  • 1/2 bowl chopped capsicum
  • chopped baby corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tamarind water
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 1 pcs pak choi
  • salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

    In a heated pan, add oil, chopped garlic, tamarind pulp, chopped beans and mix it.

    Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, baby corn, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and mix.

    Add cooked rice and toss it.

    For the thupka, add oil in a heated pan.

    Add chopped garlic and saute.

    Add chopped carrot, red bell pepper, capsicum, baby corn, mushrooms and toss it.

    Add soy sauce, tamarind water, sweet chilli sauce and mix it.

    Add chicken stock, pak choi, salt, pepper and mix.

    Add the thupka and nasi goreng in a plate.

    Serve it with a fried egg and garnish with chaat masala.
