INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • cup chocolate chips
  • 1 dark chocolate slab
  • 2 eggs
  • cup milk
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Carrot and orange reduction sauce

HOW TO PREPARE NANKHATAI

  1. 1

    Put desi ghee in a bowl Add castor sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, semolina, yogurt, baking soda, all purpose flour and saffron milk Mix well and prepare a smooth dough.
  2. 2

    Make small balls from the dough and flatten them Shape the dough with a cookie cutter.
  3. 3

    Dust the baking tray with the flour and arrange the nankhatai Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. 4

    Arrange the nankhatais on a serving dish.
