INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 Cup Refined Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 3 tsp Curd
  • 2- 3 tbsp Pistachio
  • Olive Oil

HOW TO PREPARE NANKHATAI

    Add 1 ½ cup refined flour , ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tbsp icing sugar, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp nutmeg powder, 3 tsp curd mix well & knead the dough.

    Now make small roundels of the dough & flatten them with hands.

    Place the nankhati on a ceramic plate & top them with chopped pistachio.

    Now place the plate in a pre heated baking pot, cover with lid & bake them for 12 minutes.

    Garnish the dish with olive oil, chopped pistachio & icing sugar.
