  • 1 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 3 tsp curd
  • 2 - 3 tbsp pistachio
  • olive oil


  1. 1

    Mix refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, granulated sugar, icing sugar, butter, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, curd in a bowl to make a dough.

    Now make small roundels of the dough & flatten them with hands. Place the nankhati on a ceramic plate & top them with chopped pistachio.

    Place the plate in a pre heated baking pot, cover with lid and bake them for 12 minutes. Garnish the Nankhatai with olive oil, chopped pistachio and icing sugar.
