INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 1½ cup diced mushrooms
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced capsicums
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt
  • water
  • Roti/butter naan/garlic toast

HOW TO PREPARE NANHI MUNNI BHEL

    Combine fried noodles chopped cabbage, tomatoes, spring onion greens, and coriander, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, lemon juice, black pepper powder, and salt in a bowl.

    Toss well.
  3. 3

    Serve bhel and garnish with chopped coriander.
