INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp onions
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup apples
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • water
  • 1 to 2 tsp oatmeal
  • 2 tsp celery
  • Parmesan cheese

HOW TO PREPARE NAGA STYLE PORK CURRY

    For the marination: In a mixing bowl, add pork, mustard oil, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and cumin powder.

    For the potatoes: Heat mustard oil in a saucepan.
  3. 3

    Add chopped potatoes and fry until it turns golden brown.
  4. 4

    For the curry: Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  5. 5

    Add chopped onions, dry red chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chillies, bamboo shoot and the marinated pork.

    Mix and cook the pork well.

    Then, add water and the cooked potatoes.
  8. 8

    Stir it well.
  9. 9

    Close the pressure cooker and allow the whistle to blow 11-12 times.
  10. 10

    Your naga syle pork curry is ready to be served.
