INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 Kashmiri red chillies
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • water
  • 1 cup chopped and boiled lotus stems
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • For Garnish: chopped spring onion greens chopped
  • Red cabbage
  • Kashmiri red chillies fried
  • lemon sliced

HOW TO PREPARE NADROO MASALA

    Heat oil in a pan add Kashmiri chilli, finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, all ground spice, turmeric powder, salt and mix them all well.

    Next add the chopped and boiled lotus stems and lemon juice.

    Mix and saute well.

    Garnish the dish with finely chopped spring onion, red cabbage leaves, fried Kashmiri chillies and sliced lemon and serve hot!.
