  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt
  • Warm water
  • 1 tsp hot oil
  • Oil for frying
  • FOR Salsa Sauce
  • ¼ cup tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red bell peppers
  • ¼ cup green bell peppers
  • ¼ cup yellow bell peppers
  • 2 spring onion whites
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • coriander
  • red bell pepper
  • yellow bell pepper
  • green bell pepper

HOW TO PREPARE NACHOS WITH SALSA SAUCE

    Knead a soft dough by combining wheat flour corn flour, baking powder, salt, warm water, and hot oil.

    Heat oil for deep frying.
  3. 3

    Roll out the dough by sprinkling wheat flour to roll and cut triangles from the rolled out dough.

    Fry nachos until golden brown and drain excess oil with a tissue paper.

    For the salsa sauce, combine chopped tomatoes, red, green, and yellow bell peppers, and spring onion whites, lemon juice, hot sauce, tomato sauce, salt, tomato puree, and chopped coriander.

    Mix well.

    Serve nachos with the salsa sauce.

    Garnish with chopped red green, and yellow bell peppers.
