INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 1 cup red millet flour
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • water as required
  • oil for frying
  • For SAUCE :½ cup Fresh cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 5 to 6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • white pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Parsley leaves Cherries

HOW TO PREPARE NACHOS

    Knead a dough by combining cornflour red millet flour, all purpose flour, salt, white pepper powder, onion powder, ginger powder, and water in a bowl.

    Dust refined flour on the surface, roll out a big roti from the dough.
  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying.
  4. 4

    Cut the roti into triangles, using a cutter.
  5. 5

    Deep fry the nachos.
  6. 6

    Drain excess oil with a tissue paper.
  7. 7

    In another pan, prepare cream cheese sauce by combining fresh cream, milk, grated parmesan cheese, white pepper powder, and salt.

    Mix the cream cheese sauce well until it thickens.

    Arrange nachos in the serving plate, drizzle the cream cheese sauce on top.

    Garnish with parsley leaves and cherries.
