Nacho Crusted Fish
This fish fry is a great accompaniment to a meal. A simple cocktail sauce and salad, complement the fish fry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 basa fish For Marinade :2 eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp refined flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • For Coating :½ cup nachos
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • For Cocktail Sauce :1 tsp chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp mustard sauce
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • For Salad :1 iceberg lettuce
  • ½ tomato
  • ½ Lemon
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE NACHO CRUSTED FISH

    For marinade take eggs in a deep bowl.
  2. 2

    Add a little mustard sauce grated Parmesan cheese, salt, red chilli powder, refined flour and a little lemon juice and mix them well.

    Cut the basa fish in two at the centre.
  4. 4

    Marinate the fish and set aside for five minutes.
  5. 5

    To prepare the coating for the marinated fish, take crushed nachos in a separate bowl.

    Add some breadcrumbs and chopped coriander.
  7. 7

    Mix them well.
  8. 8

    Coat the marinated fish pieces with this.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides of the fish.

    Once fried transfer it to a serving plate.

    For the cocktail sauce, take chopped coriander and mustard sauce in a bowl.

    Mix it with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.

    Finally for the salad, mix iceberg lettuce with tomato wedges, lemon juice and salt.

    Present the fried fish with cocktail sauce and salad.
