INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 carrot boiled and chopped
  • 50 gm chopped French beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 to 4 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • Few curry leaves
  • 2 to 3 tbsp black gram skinned
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 cup red millet soaked
  • 1 cup soya granules soaked
  • Water
  • 2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Few cucumber slices
  • Plum slices
  • Coriander sprigs
  • Black pepper powder
  • Cherry tomato

HOW TO PREPARE NACHNI UPMA WITH SOYA KHEEMA

    Chop the onion, boiled carrot, French beans, and green chillies.

    Heat oil in a pan, add black gram (skinned), and roast.

    In a separate pan, heat oil.
  4. 4

    Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, roasted black gram, peanuts, soaked red millet, soaked soya granules, water, chopped boiled carrots, French beans, and chopped tomato.

    Cook until the upma is done.
