Chop the onion boiled carrot, French beans, and green chillies.
Heat oil in a pan, add black gram (skinned), and roast.

Add mustard seeds curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, roasted black gram, peanuts, soaked red millet, soaked soya granules, water, boiled and chopped carrots, French beans, and chopped tomato.
Cook until upma is done.
Garnish with cucumber slices, plum slices, coriander sprigs, cherry tomato, and black pepper powder.
