INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1/2 cup powder SUGAR
  • 1/2 cup melted ghee
  • 1/2 tsp CARDAMON
  • 1/4 baking SODA
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt
  • for garnishing slices almond

PREPARATION

    Take a bowl add refined flour,powder sugar,melted ghee,cardamon powder,baking powder,baking soda, 1 tbsp milk and last add pinch of salt mix it well and make a dough niether hard nor soft then make small ball pieces upper side almond slice tap it slightly .Take a cooker heat it for 10 to 15 minutes minimum and than keep naankatai in cooker for 35 minutes than check it after 35 minute if naankatai is not cooked again 10 to 5 minutes after that remove naankatai from cooker and let cooldown our nakatani is ready.
