  • 2 medium potatoes boiled and cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 table spoon ginger minced
  • 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tea spoon coriander seeds
  • 1 tea spoon ajwain
  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  • 1 tea spoon mint leaves
  • 1 table spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tea spoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup prepared curry base
  • 1 pre made naan
  • 1 table spoon aloo bhujiya
  • 2 table spoon oil

    Heat skillet over medium heat. Add oil. Add cumin, coriander, ajwain seeds and sauté for a minute. Add ginger and cook till raw smell goes away. Add potatoes and toss and coat in oil. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, mint leaves. Mix well and turn heat to low. Cover and cook for five minutes. Heat a tava over medium low heat. Brush some oil. Add naan. Smear curry base. Top with potatoes and peas mixture. Turn heat to low. Cover and cook for three minutes. Transfer to serving plate. Top with mint chutney and aloo bhujiya.
