  • For Mushroom Topping 4 to 5 thinly sliced mushrooms
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Tomato Topping 1 cup tomatoes blanched and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Spread 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • For Bruschetta Naan as required

    For the mushroom topping combine sliced mushrooms, salt, basil leaves, crushed black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and set aside for 10 min. For the tomato topping, in a bowl, mix blanched and diced tomatoes, salt, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, crushed black pepper, and olive oil. For the spread, combine mayonnaise, garlic, garlic paste, and red chilli powder. Dry small sized circular naans in an oven or microwave. This will make them crispy. For assembling the bruschetta's, apply the spread on one side of the naan breads. Place mushroom topping on some naans and tomato topping on others. Arrange them in serving plate, ready to eat.
