INGREDIENTS

  • For Mushroom Topping : 4 to 5 thinly sliced mushrooms
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup tomatoes (blanched and finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Spread : 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • For Bruschetta :Naan as required

HOW TO PREPARE NAAN BRUSCHETTAS

    For the mushroom topping: Combine sliced mushrooms, salt, basil leaves, crushed black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.

    Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.

    For the tomato topping: In a bowl, mix tomatoes, salt, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, crushed black pepper, and olive oil.

    For the spread: Combine mayonnaise, garlic, garlic paste, and red chilli powder.
  5. 5

    Dry small-sized circular naans in an oven or microwave, until crispy.
  6. 6

    For assembling the bruschettas: Apply the spread on one side of the naans.
  7. 7

    Place mushroom topping on some naans and the tomato one on the remaining.
