INGREDIENTS

  • For Mushroom Topping 4 to 5 thinly sliced mushrooms
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Tomato Topping 1 cup tomatoes blanched and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Spread 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • For Bruschetta Naan as required

HOW TO PREPARE NAAN BRUSCHETTA'S

  1. 1

    For the mushroom topping combine sliced mushrooms, salt, basil leaves, crushed black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.

    Mix well and set aside for 10 min.
  3. 3

    For the tomato topping, in a bowl, mix blanched and diced tomatoes, salt, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, crushed black pepper, and olive oil.

    For the spread, combine mayonnaise, garlic, garlic paste, and red chilli powder.
  5. 5

    Dry small sized circular naans in an oven or microwave.
  6. 6

    This will make them crispy.
  7. 7

    For assembling the bruschetta's, apply the spread on one side of the naan breads.
  8. 8

    Place mushroom topping on some naans and tomato topping on others.
  9. 9

    Arrange them in serving plate, ready to eat.
