  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • pink salt as per taste
  • 2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 kg mutton
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 5 - 6 cloves
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cup moringa leaves

    In a bowl, add curd, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix it well.

    Add pink salt as per taste and mix it well. Add sliced onion and mix again. Add the mixture in mutton and mix it well. Leave it to marinate for 2 - 3 hours.

    In a heated pan, add mustard oil, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves, dry red chillies and let it splutter. Add marinated mutton and mix it well.

    Add desi ghee, chopped tomatoes and let it cook. Add moringa leaves and mix it well. Add water as required and cook it for 20 minutes.
