Mutton Kobiraji

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gm minced mutton
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • FOR egg batter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • bread crumbs to coat

HOW TO PREPARE MUTTON KOBIRAJI

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix minced mutton, chopped onions, green chilies, garlic-ginger paste, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt.

    Leave for a while.
  3. 3

    Divide into 6-7 portions and give shape of cutlets.
  4. 4

    Coat them evenly using the breadcrumbs.
  5. 5

    In another bowl, whisk the eggs along with beasn, salt and pepper.
  6. 6

    Heat oil deep frying.
  7. 7

    Dip the cutlets in egg-mixture and fry them till golden brown from both sides.
  8. 8

    Now take a frying spoons and very carefully sprinkle the egg batter over the cutlets till it covers the entire surface of the oil as well as the cutlet.

    Allow it cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. 10

    It will look like a spider web on the cutlet.
  11. 11

    Serve the Mutton Kobiraji hot with raita or sour cream.
