INGREDIENTS

  • ½ ginger piece
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
  • 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • water as required
  • 2 tbsp flour of roasted black gram
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 250-300 gm green peas
  • water as required
  • 150-175 gm pea peels
  • 100 gm spring onion
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    To make Mutter Ke Chilke Ki Sabji, grind ginger, green chillies and salt in mortar and pestle, and then mix mustard oil in it.

    In a pan add mustard oil, cumin, ginger, chilli paste and water and roast it.

    Now add roasted chickpeas flour, turmeric, and coriander powder, salt and red chilli in a bowl and fry it with the spices in the pan.

    Then add peas, water, pea peels, and green onions and let it cook.
  5. 5

    Garnish it with green onions and coriander leaves.

    Mutter Ke Chilke Ki Sabji is ready.
