- olive oil as required
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 to 2 tsp roughly chopped onions
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup roughly chopped mushrooms
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 soup cube
- black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- water as required
- For Garnish: Fresh cream
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic and onions. Add sliced carrots and roughly chopped mushrooms. Mix well. Add all purpose flour and mix well by pouring little water. Add a soup cube. Stir the mixture to dissolve the soup cube. Cool the soup. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Heat another pan and add the soup to this. Stir well. Season with black pepper powder and salt. Pour the soup in a bowl. Garnish with fresh cream.
