  • olive oil as required
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 to 2 tsp roughly chopped onions
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup roughly chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 soup cube
  • black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Garnish: Fresh cream

    Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped garlic and onions.
  3. 3

    Add sliced carrots and roughly chopped mushrooms.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Add all purpose flour and mix well by pouring little water.

    Add a soup cube.
  7. 7

    Stir the mixture to dissolve the soup cube.
  8. 8

    Cool the soup.
  9. 9

    Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Heat another pan and add the soup to this.

    Stir well.
  12. 12

    Season with black pepper powder and salt.

    Pour the soup in a bowl.

    Garnish with fresh cream.
