INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour(maida)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 100 gram chopped mushroom
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp processed cheese
  • Cheese cubes cut into 2 by 2 mm size
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masal powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Kasturi methi

PREPARATION

    1️⃣For pizza dough.

    - in a bowl take 2 tbsp lukewarm water,add 1 tsp dry yeast and 1 tsp sugar.mix properly and let it rest for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.

    -take 1 cup maida,to it add 1 tsp salt ,1 tbsp oil and activated yeast.make a soft dough out of it.grease with oil and let it rest for 30-45 minute.

    2️⃣For mushroom stuffing.

    -in a pan heat butter,add chopped garlic and sauté wel-add finely chopped onion and chopped mushroom.add salt to taste,black pepper powder,tsp oregano and tsp chilli flakes.saute till mushroom is properly cooke-switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down.add 3 processed cheese mix well.

    3️⃣For making pizza bomb.

    -Knead the dough properly.

    -take out small portion from the dough and roll it to a size of small poori with at least 2 mm thicknes-add the mushroom mix in centre.apply water on the side and make folds to make small bal-let them rest for 10-15 minutes agai-now deep fry them.

    NOTE-it can also be baked,for baking let the dough rest for minimum 1 hour.

    4️⃣for makhani mayo sauce.

    -blanch the tomatoes and make puree .

    heat 1 tbsp butter and add the tomato purée.cook till oil seperates.

    add red chilli powder,coriander,garam masala and turmeric powder,kasuri methi and salt to taste.cook for 1-2 minutes .

    let it cook down.

    mix in the mayonnaise .

    serve the fried mushroom balls with makhani mayo sauce.
