INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Mushroom Kaleji
  • 400 grams button mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp brown onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Shredded cabbage
  • FOR Lal Mirch ka Paneer Tikka
  • 3 - 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp all ground spice
  • 500 grams paneer
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Oil

HOW TO PREPARE MUSHROOM KALEJI & LAL MIRCH KA PANEER TIKKA

    Cut the mushrooms and remove the stem In a bowl, add ginger - garlic paste, brown onion paste, green chilli paste, yoghurt, rice flour, salt as per taste, allspice powder.

    Add coriander powder and mix it well Add mushrooms and mix it well In a heated pan, add oil, mushrooms and let it cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

    Garnish with shredded cabbage and fresh coriander leaves.

    For paneer tikka, add yoghurt in a bowl Add fresh lime juice, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, ginger - garlic paste, all ground spice and mix it well.

    Add paneer cubes and marinate it for 5 minutes Add rice flour and mix it well Add mustard oil and mix again.
  6. 6

    Add the paneer in skewers and fry it in the pan Garnish with mint leaves, onion slices and mint leaves.
