INGREDIENTS

  • 9 filo sheets
  • cup Butter melted
  • 4 to 5 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100 gm lettuce
  • torn
  • black pepper powder
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE MUSHROOM CUPS

  1. 1

    Line the muffin moulds with filo sheets and brush with melted butter.
  2. 2

    Similarly make three layers of filo sheets in each mould.
  3. 3

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 C for 5 minutes.
  4. 4

    Heat olive oil in a pan.
  5. 5

    Add chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms reduce in size.
  6. 6

    Add black pepper powder salt, and balsamic vinegar.
  7. 7

    7 Mix well and set aside.
  8. 8

    Allow the moulds to cool and demould the filo sheet cups.
  9. 9

    Line the filo sheet cups with torn iceberg lettuce leaves and fill the mushroom mixture.
  10. 10

    Mushroom Cups are ready to serve.
