INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1½ tsp red chilli paste
  • 3 to 4 tbsp mustard oil
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • olive oil as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Salad
  • chopped cabbage
  • 1 wedge Lemon

HOW TO PREPARE MUSALLAM GOBI

    For the marinade combine yogurt, red chilli paste, ginger garlic paste,mustard oil, red chilli powder, chaat masala, all ground spice, coriander powder, and salt in a bowl.

    Using a brush, apply the marinade on the cauliflower.
  3. 3

    Bake the marinated cauliflower for 10 to 12 minutes at 180' C.

    Once baked drizzle a little olive oil on the cauliflower.
  5. 5

    Garnish with salad, chopped cabbage, and a lemon wedge.
