- Chiken breast - 100g. Egg - 5pcs. Oil - 1/2 cup. One cup of chopped - onion, capsicum & tomato. 2 green chili . Some coriander leaves. One tsp of jeera. One tsp of turmeric ,red chilli & black pepper powder. 1/2 tbs of lemon juice. Salt to test.
- 1. 1st marinate the chicken with lemon juice, red chili and black pepper powder and salt .then leave it for 1n half hours. 2. After one n half hour heat a grilled pan add 1tsp oil,when the oil become hot add your marinated chicken breast and grilled it thoroughly. When it fully grilled put it out for few minutes. Then cut it in to small pieces as required. 3. Then heat a nonstick pan add 2tbs of oil when oil become hot add jeera,then add chopped onion and green chili and fry them when the onion converted in to light brown color add your chopped capsicum and tomato frying them for 1min and add your turmeric and red chili powder and mix them well..fry it about 60%done.then add your chopped grilled chicken,frying them 30sec . 4.Then in this pan make a small space and one hole egg in it,similarly add your other 4eggs ..n make it like a big poached egg omelet,then sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder over it,and cover them for 2min..make sure your gas is in low flame. After 2min put it out and it's your MURGE da ANDA ready to serve. You can serve with bread and paw also.
