  • ¼ cup curd
  • 2 tbsp apple pulp
  • salt
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 6 to 8 pani puries
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • ¼ cup green gram sprouts

  • green apple
  • chaat masala

    In a bowl mix the curd, apple pulp, salt, chaat masala and the chopped green apple.

    Fill the pani puries with the chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, green gram sprouts and apple curd mixture.
  3. 3

    Garnish the dahi puries with the sprouts, chopped green apple and chaat masala.
