  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 to 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 6 to 7 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 Green chilli
  • slit
  • 1 pav
  • salt
  • water as required
  • For Garnish: Green chilli fried
  • green chutney
  • red chilli paste

    Pour a little oil onto a hot pan , Add mustard seeds and curry leaves , Sauté the chopped garlic, ginger and onion , Mix with the chopped boiled potatoes , Add the red chilli paste, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder , Mix and mash well , Mix salt and chopped green chillies with the potato masala , Transfer to a bowl , In another pan, mix the gram flour with water and salt to make a thick batter , Shape the potato masala into small balls , dip them in the batter , Fry in boiling oil , Grease the slit pavs with green chutney , Place the fried potato ball inside the pav , Garnish with fried green chilli, green chutney and red chilli paste.
