  • 2 1/2 cup multigrain flour
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • oats

    In a bowl, add multigrain flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, caraway seeds. Add raisins, pumpkin seeds and mix it well.

    Add buttermilk, honey and mix it. Grease the baking tray with oil, dust some flour and add the flour. Using a knife, give a cut to the dough and apply buttermilk on it.

    Sprinkle oats and bake it in the oven at 180'C for 30 - 40 minutes.
